Practice Philosophy:
Massage promotes therapeutic healing and is a profound adjunct to the holistic wellness model. The benefits of massage are clinically proven, which allows for everyone to reap the benefits. My mission is to help restore and promote balance and well-being within my clients by integrating the use of Eastern and Western modalities with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

Why I Do What I Do:
I love the fact that I can help a person heal both physically, emotionally, and in some cases mentally/spiritually. I believe massage is a key essential in obtaining a healthy balance in life, and I want nothing more than to better the lives of my clients. I work hard to ensure that each client is receiving the best treatment depending on their current health conditions. I thoroughly love what I do.

A Little Bit About Me:
I grew up in Fort Worth, TX and moved out to Lubbock, TX in 2007 to pursue a degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Texas Tech University. Just a few years after graduating from college in 2010, I decided to pursue the call to become a massage therapist. I completed my education at Oceans Massage School in 2014, worked for Tracy Wilson, DC here in Lubbock as his massage therapist for three years, and have since opened up my own private practice back in February 2017. Aside from my passion for massage, I enjoy singing, reading and DIY projects.
